Application Fee
|
There is a one-time fee of $300.00 for a real estate broker to become a Participant in the MLS system.
Salespersons in an office cannot use the MLS system unless the broker has become a Participant. The broker is
responsible for making sure that all other MLS fees are paid.
All participants must be members in good standing of a board or association of REALTORS®.

Quarterly Fees
|
Each real estate licensee in a participating office must pay a quarterly fee of $97.50.
It is the responsibility of the Participant - i.e., the broker - to collect and pay these fees. In some cases, a licensee may be exempted from the
quarterly fee. In order to be exempted, you must complete a waiver form and submit it for approval to the MLS Committee.

Book Fees

Monthly Book
|
The MLS publishes a monthly compilation of all listings. If you would like to receive the monthly book, you will need to
contact the Board office for further details.

Quarterly Book
|
Each quarter, the MLS publishes a compilation of sold data. If you would like to receive the quarterly sold book,
you will need to contact the Board office for further details.
