Application Fee
There is a one-time fee of $300.00 for a real estate broker to become a Participant in
the MLS system. Salespersons in an office cannot use the MLS system unless the
broker has become a Participant. The broker is responsible for making sure that all
other MLS fees are paid.
All Participants must be members in good standing of a board or association of
Realtors®.
Quarterly Fees
Each real estate licensee in a participating office must pay a quarterly fee of $85.50.
It is the responsibility of the Participant - i.e., the broker - to collect and pay
these fees. In some cases, a licensee may be exempted from the quarterly fee. In
order to be exempted, you must complete a waiver form and
submit it for approval to the MLS Committee.
Book Fees

you will need to contact the Board office for further details.
