1. Reporting new listings
The fine for failing
to enter listings in the computer within the 72 hours specified in Section 1 of
the MLS rules is $10.00 a day.
2. Photos
All residential listings must have
at least one main photo entered in the computer within two weeks after
the listing has been put in the MLS. If there is no photo after two weeks, an email
warning will be sent to the broker giving the broker one week to submit a photo. If
there is still no photo after an additional week, a $25 fine will be imposed.
Additional $25 fines will be imposed each month until a photo is put on the system.
3. Duplicate listings
A second listing on the
same property can be added only to a second class, not to a different type within the same
class.
4. Manufactured housing
Manufactured homes on rental lots are not permitted in MLS.
5. Open House Tuesday
For Tuesday Open House, the listing agent must be present.
6.Late dues
A 5% late penalty will be
assessed on dues not paid by the 10th of the month in which they are due.
7. Reporting status changesThe fines for
violating Section 2.5 Reporting Sales of the MLS rules
are:
- First time - letter of warning
- Second time - $50.00
- Third time - $100.00
- Fourth time and above - 30 day suspension of MLS privileges
