Annual Fee
The annual fee for the DisplayKEY is $142.38 plus tax;
this covers the billing year from November 12 to November 11. The fees
are prorated quarterly.
Insurance
$25 insurance may be purchased for your SupraKey. Methods of payment are personal
check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover)
Sign-up Fee
In addition to the annual fee, there is a one-time issuance fee of $80.00 to
sign up for a DisplayKEY.
Keyboxes
There is no charge for the KeyBoxes; however, you are only entitled to one KeyBox
for each of your active listings. If the number of KeyBoxes you have is 125% of
the number of active listings that you have, then you must either return the extra
KeyBoxes or transfer them to another agent. Please click here to complete a KeyBox
Transfer Form. You may fax or mail the form to the Board office.
