Ethics training requirements
The bylaws of the National Association of Realtors®, as well as the bylaws of
the Kerrville Board of Realtors®, require all Realtor® members to complete a
certified Code of Ethics training class. New members must complete this
training within 90 days of applying for membership and once every four years
after that. Current members are required to complete a training session
before December 31, 2009 and once every four years after that.

Ethics training online
Click the button above to access the online New Member Orientation Course on the
Code of Ethics developed by the National Association of Realtors®. This course
meets all learning objectives and criteria for the New Member Code of Ethics
Orientation Policy (Policy Statement 47, NAR Code of Ethics and Arbitration
Manual). This class does not carry MCE credit.
Please note: This course is for new Realtor® members
only; existing members should see the course below.
NAR's new online Quadrennial Realtor® Ethics Training course for existing
members is now available online. This on-line course meets all learning
objectives and criteria for the Quadrennial Ethics Training Policy (Policy
Statement 48, NAR Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual). The new
on-line Quadrennial Realtor® Ethics Training course was developed by the
National Association of Realtors®. This class does not carry MCE credit.
If you hold a Brokers license and are exempt from MCE, you will be required to
take this class before December 31, 2008.
