What to Do If You Have a Complaint
Both the Code of Ethics and local Bylaws put in place several procedures for
resolving disputes and handling complaints and grievances.
Please be aware that these procedures only apply to members of the Kerrville
Board of Realtors®. If you have a complaint about a member of another
Board of Realtors®, then you should contact the
Texas Association of Realtors® for help in determining which Board they
are a member of. If the real estate agent or licensee is not a member of
any Board of Realtors®, then you will need to contact the
Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for help.
